How To Rapidly Onboard New Advisory Clients Using The GameChanger Index
In this session Simon Morgan will introduce the GameChanger tool and share how he is using it to rapidly onboard (aka speed-dating) new advisory clients and open up new revenue streams.
The Game Changer Index is being used effectively by small, medium and large enterprises (including sporting teams and not-for-profits) around the world and now has several hundred practicing GC-ologists to support it.
Simon will also discuss ‘Organametrics’ which is a term coined by UK based business the GameChanger Index to describe a new set of metrics that measures business impact at an individual, team and enterprise level. The results can be used to address any business problem or programme that employs people (i.e. all of them).
About The Speaker
Simon has lead many privately held and publicly listed marketing agencies in the advertising, digital and data sectors as both a manager and owner. He has also created and exited a number of businesses including achieving the dream of a sale to NASDAQ listed entity.
Simon is a MAUS Partner and GameChanger Index partner and runs an advisory practice based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches serving both local and international clients. BrightSeas Growth Advisory is focussed on assisting clients with business strategies for growth, optimisation and exit.
Simon lives in Dee Why with 3 ‘almost grown-up’ sons and always has some new passion on the go which inevitably involves food, sport or entertainment.
